The condo is a lower level, easy to access, right on the golf course. Stocked with everything you need for a weekend getaway or a weeks vacation.

We are located just a few miles from Downtown Bellaire. Great Shopping and places to eat including the Shorts Brewery. 20 miles to Petoskey and Gaylord.
Other Things to Note:
This condo is directly on the golf course. Comes with a pool pass to access the indoor and outdoor pools. Please bring your own pool towel, they are not included at the pools.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
There is a refundable deposit required of $45 and will be requested through the booking site.
Rental will be stocked with starter rolls of Toilet paper and paper towel. You may want to bring extra if you think you will need more!

Summary: We enjoyed our fall getaway weekend at this comfortable condo adjacent to Shanty Creek/Schuss Mountain resorts and the Bellaire area. It is well-appointed with comfortable seating and beds. The kitchen has a nice assortment of dishes, glasses, cookware to prepare a nice meal on new appliances. There is a pretty view from the living/dining/kitchen area that overlooks the fairway and tree line with an expansive covered patio to enjoy watching golfers and nature (wild turkeys came for a visit) on fair weather days. WiFi was easy to connect with. High quality linens and towels are provided. Communication with property manager was excellent and prompt. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at this clean and well-maintained condo and would rent again.

Summary: This Condo was great, it was clean plenty of room, 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms was very nice. We stayed there to visit Torch lake which was very close and an easy drive. Sue was very responsive on the VBRO mobile app for any questions we had. Great Condo for the price, we had a great time would stay again.
